On the ground floor there is the entire living area with a large lounge, dining area, relaxation area, television and PC room with Internet connection. In addition, on the same level there is a large kitchen, a secluded room, toilets, one of which is for handicap and a fully equipped laundry room with a hallway space.

This floor opens onto a large lawn with gazebo, barbecue and wood oven.
